- Invoicing and payment details where you become a client (not full card details — these are handled directly by our payment provider, who processes this data under their own privacy policy).
- Website usage data — such as pages visited, how you arrived at the site, and general location (country/region level), collected via Google Analytics

We do not collect any special category (sensitive) personal data, and we don’t collect data from anyone we know to be under 18.

- Client and invoicing records: 6 years, to meet HMRC/accounting obligations
- Website analytics data: 12 months from last web visit or contact

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:
- Service providers who help us run our business — for example, our hosting provider, email provider, or payment processor — who only process data on our instructions and under their own data protection obligations.
- Legal or regulatory authorities, where required by law (e.g. a court order or HMRC).
- A buyer or successor, if the business is ever sold or transferred, in which case your data may be transferred as part of that sale, subject to the same protections in this policy.
We do not share data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your consent.
